Milk chocolate chips
Miniature valentine cupcake liners
Valentine paper straws (You will reduce these in half so you will get two out of a single straw.)
Valentine treat bags
Mini burlap sacks (You don’t require to use these. I had them on hand and added them at the end.)

(I didn’t give exact amounts of the supplies since that all depends on how lots of valentines you are generating.)
